Breakfast was a traditional Turkish spread: the scones and pastries were tasty, but there was no fresh fruit or yoghurt. Don’t book directly; we paid €35 for the horse ride, while a local travel agent could get it for €15, and many others offer the same, so shop around for the best price. That part was enjoyable. The area has limited activities, so two days is enough. The room was a cave, beautifully decorated. Walk downhill to the town; it’s right in the centre. We went specifically for the balloon ride, but bad weather cancelled it, so we stayed three days. The mixed tour cost €100 and felt wasted; all the valleys looked identical, and the underground city is a cave you can enter, taking about 5 minutes. Food and drinks are pricey. We were told it’s cheaper off‑season and in winter. We were set to pay €320, but quoted €450‑€500; prices shift daily. It feels like a cartel: balloon companies set prices based on demand.

Great location right in the heart of all the main restaurants, cafés, and shops in Göreme.

Everything, especially the service and the team's promptness, was great. The hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and quiet were also appreciated. I also liked the location.

The location, décor, and pool were fantastic. The place was very clean and peaceful. The staff could be nicer; they weren’t rude, just okay. Breakfast was a real let‑down – it should be more varied to match the other positives. There was only one fruit, none on the last day, and just one type of bread. There were some salads, cold cuts, and cheese, but nothing refrigerated. There were many small dry cakes and biscuits, but they weren’t ideal for breakfast. They made omelets on request, but nothing was listed and the English communication was very weak.
