The location is good and the service is excellent; the first floor has a drink machine, coffee machine, sparkling water, etc., perfect for chatting with friends, and you can also store luggage. The bathroom is a bit small, ventilation is poor, sound insulation is weak, and the space looks like a double room with an extra bed added, so it’s very cramped.

What I liked most was the breakfast buffet—everything tasted delicious. Second, the room was clean, and third, the housekeeping and night‑shift receptionist were very hospitable, especially when they helped my daughter in an emergency. The accommodation is close to the station; it’s quick to get there from exit Z10. The room assigned was 212 next to the stairs. The bathroom drainage was poor and water pooled easily. After reporting the issue to the desk, we couldn’t change rooms because the hotel was full. We had to use a few towels to absorb the water. The toilet was close to the bathtub and had a strong, unpleasant odor and grime. The shower gel and shampoo were low quality; my hair felt rough after washing and the scent was off. Travelers should bring their own toiletries, and if possible, avoid rooms next to the stairs. Those with sensitive skin should pay attention.

The food tops everything else, and the receptionist Martin was friendly and helpful, though he struggled a bit with English. The room lacks a closet, and the three‑single‑bed layout feels tight when you bring luggage; plus there’s no free dental kit, which I think is essential for international guests.
