The setting was quiet and beautiful, with a lovely castle garden and many tall trees. The South Tyrol guest card could not be sent by email for some reason; instead we received a printout with a QR code.

The place was good, but there was no elevator.

A stunning spot for unwinding, the garden is simply dreamy. The room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and hassle‑free, and the walk down to Merano was a real pleasure.

We were thrilled with the location. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good, but a wider selection of cheese and cold cuts would be nice, and offering fresh greens like tomatoes and cucumbers would improve it. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything.
