“Wonderful little gem! Will be back!”

What a gem! Ben and the staff were amazing, very warm and welcoming. The kids loved the guest pantry. We dined both evenings and it was wonderful! The wine and beer selection was just fantastic. The only downside might be having more choices at breakfast.

“An oasis”

An oasis amid the slightly challenging narrow twisty lanes – definitely worth the effort. The room was comfortable, with an excellent guest pantry next to it for ice, fresh milk, snacks, etc. Tasty pizzas were served Monday night when the main restaurant was closed. The wines were well chosen, good quality, and value for money. Lovely staff. Narrow lanes to get there.

We had two rooms; one was super comfortable, very large, and well equipped. The second room was tiny, and the bathroom was barely usable. The price difference wasn’t huge. We liked that we could use the annex for milk, water, and small snacks. If we could get two rooms of equal size, we would gladly return.

“A fabulous weekend- I felt like I’d had a mini holiday!”

A beautiful location and fantastic, friendly service from the staff. It was great to have the complimentary pantry and fresh milk in the morning. The room got very hot at night, largely because of the weather. There was also a fan in the cupboard that I could have used. I personally think dogs should not be allowed in the restaurant.

Everything! Very friendly hosts! Beautiful building and rooms. The dinner is highly recommended! Nothing better. This has been the best accommodation on our trip so far. Everything super!
