“A great, safe, and comfortable place to stay.”
I loved every part of my visit; nothing could be criticized.

The hotel room sits in a separate building close to the pub, brand‑new and well kept with air‑conditioning and plenty of kitchen gear; it’s spacious and feels secure behind a massive gate. The bathroom is pleasant and offers several breakfast items. The fridge is tidy and the bed is extremely cozy. The staff member who escorted us to the room was friendly and helpful, but I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work—maybe clearer instructions would aid those unfamiliar with this model.

Everything was spotless: TV, hairdryer, sofa, comfy bed, air‑con, kitchenette with coffee machine and pods, coffee, tea, a tray of fresh milk, orange juice, butter, flora, bakery bread in the fridge, toaster, microwave, jams, marmalade, a range of cereals, a cupboard stocked with plates, knives, forks, an iron and ironing board, a walk‑in shower (body wash not included, hand wash provided), annex 6, and a lovely pint of Stella at the castle pub. No complaints.

The room was well equipped, clean, and presentable, though the front gate was far too heavy to hold open comfortably.

The accommodation was good, but the breakfast selection was very poor and disappointing.
