I can’t comment on the stay because I never got a room; the hotel didn’t have the reservation confirmation that should have come from the booking site. I arrived at 21:30 with a confirmed booking, but the front desk said they hadn’t been contacted and had no vacancy, leaving me scrambling for another place. I’d like to know who’s at fault, as this is serious given the late hour, my being a woman, and my unfamiliarity with the city.
