The location and the dining room on the top floor are great, but the service at dinner and breakfast was very slow.

It does have a parking lot, but breakfast was a nightmare: we were forced to sit in a smoky room (smoking is allowed) while the cook, sitting at a table right in front of us, was grossly picking his nose in front of his colleague, both shouting and smoking – it was so disgusting we couldn’t finish our meal. The breakfast itself was a sham; a TV showed a lavish buffet that didn’t exist, and the real spread was a tray of raw sausages, overcooked bacon, and eggs served in three ways – basically just eggs. They promised a Beli Karte, gave it the next day, but made a mistake and handed us a paper that didn’t work. Reception is supposedly 24 hours, yet arriving late meant no one was there and we had to call on the phone, which is useless in a country where SIM cards are data‑only. We ended up going into the kitchen and the cook called the receptionist. Absolutely horrible – avoid this place.
