The location was excellent, just near the 14 x Valletta stop and 10 minutes from the Ross and Spinosa stop where many lines depart. The room felt a bit untidy, the wall was a little dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

The property was fairly clean and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and quite quiet. The staff were very professional and courteous, so I would definitely recommend it and will return because the location is very convenient, everything is within reach, and all island points are easy to get to since the bus routes pass right under the hotel.

The noise was hellish at night, the rooms had no soundproofing, breakfast was ridiculous, there wasn’t even a piece of bread, and the promised €20 of food or drinks wasn’t provided. The sea view surcharge was unjustified because you barely see the sea, the staff were very cold, and the area was just plain dirty.

The location was fine, with Westin parking directly opposite so parking worries were minimal even though I always found myself parking on the street. It’s close to Paceville and a great spot for partying. The biggest drawback was the lack of locked entrance doors; there is a code, but the doors don’t lock, allowing outsiders to enter the hotel lobby at night when the receptionist is absent. I don’t understand why these doors can’t be fixed; the issue has apparently been ongoing for a long time. The rooms don’t look as nice as the photos, they’re much dirtier, and there are no EU sockets or power strips in the room.
