The facility is very clean and the apartment is cozy, but when I arrived I had a reservation yet I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my room because they said it was still being prepared. The corridor was very noisy; guests who lack manners kept talking outside nonstop, and I couldn’t understand what was happening outside my apartment door.

The property is uncompromising, with friendly and welcoming staff. The manager resolved a flight‑related issue promptly and treated us with extraordinary kindness. The team was polite and gentle. This place deserves praise in every way and is highly recommended. There are no negative notes.

The staff were extremely helpful, rooms were clean, and both the air‑conditioning and shower worked great. I would have liked the option to stay an extra night, and I wish I had booked directly with the hotel—Booking listed one price while the hotel quoted another, so I’m now waiting for a refund.
