The pension is charming. The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms are clean. The social room is spectacular. It also has a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and even outdoor seating! The best part was the owner—willing, friendly, kind. On behalf of our entire group, many thanks!

The spot was spot on for us, tucked in a quiet little town where you can stroll in the evenings. The room wasn’t huge but everything was set up nicely, the bathroom was decent. If you’re bored, there’s a lounge downstairs with a fireplace, a chess table, a pool table, and a TV. A kitchen with an espresso machine and a fridge is available too, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The best part: the kitchen fridge is stocked with the owner’s own wines, which you can buy at a great price 😎. The only gripe was the squeaky doors, which made it a bit hard to sleep if you’re back late.

The location is perfect for hiking or cycling trips and exploring the nearby vineyards, which are beautiful. It was great for the season, but if it gets especially hot, the lack of air conditioning could be a problem.
