“Sitio extraño, con potencial, pero…”
The staff were friendly and I liked being able to dine outside at the cafe. The only downside was that there’s no elevator, and the views aren’t great.

This place shows how an old industrial site can turn into a tourist spot. It was a real experience.

The hotel is super pretty and modern, and the service is top‑notch. No complaints at all.

The spot is perfect for a stop between Yerevan and Tbilisi, and the vibe is great. The surroundings look like a postcard, and the reception staff are polite and speak decent English. My room was spotless, and breakfast was tasty and generous. On the flip side, the shower drain isn’t at the bottom, so water pools and you get a strong sewer smell afterward—probably because the building was almost empty. The mattress squeaks a lot when you move, and the breakfast staff didn’t speak English.
