The cleanliness, the place was so beautiful and quiet, the food was very fine and of high quality. My stay was perfect in every way.

The SPA was beautifully designed, but the pool was significantly too cold for our taste. The hotel location was very quiet, although it had no view, the staff at breakfast and the restaurant were 1× very good, 1× somewhat suboptimal, the kitchen was good but a bit too creative (Zander on mushroom risotto?). The balcony door could not be opened and was difficult to close (despite reporting it was not repaired). The TV was far too small for a 5 m distance from the head of the bed, breakfast was rather suboptimal, for example pouring juices from bottles that were left uncooled around, and you have to screw everything yourself, making your fingers sticky… No go. No coffee machine in the room, upon arrival at the hotel you are told on a note on the bed that housekeeping only occurs every other day (including emptying the trash bins) for sustainability reasons! I can’t even hear it anymore!!! At least this should be communicated before booking. The pool water was too cold so the SPA was hardly used. A bit amusing but cumbersome: the toilet flush can only be activated with the lid down. I haven’t experienced that in 50 years of travel.

The hotel’s location was simply sensational. The quiet and secluded surroundings were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The room was clean and well‑maintained. We were especially impressed by the pool, its unique stone design creates a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool hours were unfortunately not listed online, but thanks to the friendly and helpful reception staff we got the information quickly.

The location was exceptional, peaceful in the middle of the forest, full of charm. The staff was very pleasant and the food was of great quality. Nothing negative.
