“Nízká úroveň, moc se do bookingu nehodí.”
I was not pleased at all. First, the owner sent a harsh email 15 hours before check‑in, saying that even though I had already paid, the reservation had to be cancelled because the company that was supposed to finish the stay that day had extended it, leaving us in trouble. When we finally checked in, the bedding was crumpled and I couldn’t tell if it had been washed. I understood that the accommodation would open at 6 am, yet a woman on the hallway was literally shouting before 7 am, which was hard to breathe through.
I travel a lot and stay somewhere else all the time. It’s hard to find a place that has not even one towel or a piece of soap? That’s why I’m giving fewer stars. I didn’t expect a set of freshly laundered towels, but at least one should have been there. So the evening shower wasn’t possible either. It’s a pity, this is a flaw in the beauty. And cooking something in the shared kitchen, maybe tea or coffee in the evening? When I looked at the facilities, I decided not to try.
During my stay there were a lot of part‑time workers around, and the kitchen smelled awful. The kitchen on the second floor was not available, which was very inconvenient; we had to go to the ground floor, and with all those workers it was unpleasant. The room should have had either a microwave or at least a kettle, and there was no towel. It was also mentioned that there was a pub in the building, but we couldn’t find it.
The keys were handed over cleanly and without any problems.
