How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The concierge was very responsive to our questions and very pleasant. The location was excellent, close to the harbor and near the Vía Toledo. The rooms were inside a building complex, and at night there was noise from neighbors, mainly young people speaking loudly.

The location was good, close to restaurants, and the entry instructions were very clear. It was fine but certainly not a favourite place to stay. We had a noisy room at the entrance to the apartments, so we heard everyone coming and going.

The owner cares about guests and is appreciated. The location is excellent, but the building entrance and elevator are poor and need renovation.

The location in the old part of town is great, almost everything is within walking distance, and there’s a taxi stand nearby as well as a bus and metro station. The staff were very helpful.
