How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
My whole family of fourteen, coming from Cuiabá to explore Campo Novo, stayed at the hotel and we absolutely loved it! The reception girls, especially Andressa, were very attentive, greeted us with a smile, and made everything feel cozy and fast. Leidiane also helped us via WhatsApp, giving all the details we needed, and I highly recommend this place. We were satisfied with the booking.

The location is pleasant and easy to reach, but the breakfast offers very little variety.

I appreciated the courteous and proactive reception staff, but I did not like the rooms: they smelled like naphthalene, the bathrooms were off, and the toilet lid was cracked. I felt misled. In the city there are two hotels called Oriente; I went by recommendation and only the platform listed Oriente Outlet, which I thought was the same. The room I stayed in was not in the photos, which felt dishonest.

The room was super comfortable, but I was disappointed that there was no shower in the toilet.

Breakfast was great, everything made fresh on the spot. The rooms were spotless and the location was spot‑on.
