The owner and staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay really feel like home.
The room was clean and had everything we needed, which was great.
They served a great breakfast with plenty of options - we enjoyed it a lot.

“Prima voor een overnachting.”
Warm and heartfelt welcome. Had a great stay, with a very complete breakfast. Three charging points were available.
“Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.”
Breakfast was good, and the room was fine with a bed. The staff were very friendly and nice, and everything was clean. The location wasn’t ideal because there were no restaurants or shops nearby. What bothered me was that on Saturday the access road to the hotel was closed, apparently for a celebration. As a local outsider, I stood at the barricade unsure how to get to the hotel. Using the GPS, I found an alternate route (about a 4 km detour). The hotel could have handled this better with information, a notice, or verbal guidance.
“Goede kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt maar je moet echt vervoer hebben.”
Room with a balcony overlooking the inner garden and a private seat, quiet and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was extensive. Easy car access. The village lacks many amenities, so you really need transport to eat, shop, or do anything.
“Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht , perfekt , aber mit fahrbaren Untersatz .”
Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were attentive, always ensuring everything met guests’ satisfaction. They made me a fresh scramble; nothing was pre‑prepared and then discarded. I found that impressive and very sustainable. The room was meticulously clean, had a toilet and shower, towels, and a great TV that worked and offered all usual channels—simply amazing. The hosts are a blast. I was in the area for a course, and since no taxi was available, the host drove me 4 km to my class in his private car. Who does that? I’m truly grateful. The downside was that, without a car, I wanted to eat out in the evening but found nothing within walking distance except a fries stand that was closed because it was touring a fair. So I had to wait for breakfast.
“Mooi sfeervol verblijf dicht bij de snelweg.”
We could sit outside the ‘house’ which was nice. Beautiful green surroundings. It’s a shame there were no eating places within walking distance, but we made it cozy by eating our own bread in front of the house.
