The staff were friendly, yet they couldn’t solve the numerous issues at the hotel. Ants were in the room, the bathroom was dirty, there was barely any toilet paper, the AC didn’t work well, the mini‑fridge was broken, one elevator was out all weekend, parking was ridiculously priced, and the overall quality was far below what they charge. Don’t book here.

I was very disappointed: my room wasn’t cleaned properly, with dirty socks and chip crumbs left behind; the elevators failed at night, and the parking structure was extremely tight and hard to navigate. I told the receptionist my concerns and was promised a fix, but nothing happened. It was a frustrating experience and not what I expected.

Complimentary breakfast should be provided, yet the TV stopped working and the toilet didn’t flush properly; the parking garage was too low and the elevator in the garage was out of order, all while I paid a lot for these conveniences that didn’t work, but the staff was nice.

The bed was comfy and the pool was nice, but I had to pay $33 for parking each night even though I had already paid for the room; the room was cramped and the balcony offered a view of the parking lot, which was not pleasant.
