The online check‑in worked well. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, functional, and wheelchair‑accessible, and there was still calm despite the nearby federal road. The heavy use of wallpaper, the lack of decent seating, no writing surface, an unattractive environment, and overall it seemed aimed only at people with cars.

The price‑performance was unbeatable and the décor felt very modern. The room, however, had a slight smoky smell that didn’t suit my taste.

The room layout was fine. The remote was missing, the ventilation was loud, hygiene was lacking, cooking utensils were glued and dirty, the toilet flush didn’t work well, and at 9 am two staff members came in to clean even though check‑out was at 10:00.

The room was fully furnished with a kitchen, and parking was in front of the room. It was a bit confusing to get there because everything was under construction and the signage was not very clear.
