“Make sure to get a room far from the construction site.e”
The location was close to the place I needed to be and easy to get around, and the waitresses at breakfast were very attentive. I arrived at midnight and the room was right above street construction; I couldn’t sleep well and asked for a room change the next day. When I returned and asked, the front desk said there was no notification about it and that nothing could be done. I insisted, the notification was found and they changed my room. The rooms needed some wall paint and the daily lunch menu didn’t look like a hotel menu, yet I was charged full price for it. I asked for the discount offered by the Booking app at the front desk, and they replied that these discounts were made up by Booking without their knowledge. It was a very small amount but still not happy. What would happen if it was a bigger amount?
