The exterior and facilities looked nice, yet staying in room 401 was uncomfortable because long strands of hair littered the floor—from the hallway to the bathroom, the toilet and around the bed. I have short hair, so the amount seemed like the floor hadn’t been cleaned at all.

The hotel offers many bright, stylish rooms that are spotless, with size and amenities varying by rank; after a very good previous visit I upgraded my room, enjoying the spacious Tempur‑pedic bed. Unfortunately, the floor wasn’t perfectly clean—gray tiles hide hair and small debris that felt a bit gritty.

Comfy adjustable electric beds and huge room with lovely big bath and bathroom. Lots of complimentary snacks & drinks. Location was a long way from anywhere and close to the train tracks but not station. Strange setup for checking in.but eventually we worked it out
