The only bright spot was the overnight lady who was fantastic, especially since the rest of the staff were unprofessional. The housekeeper we had was also great. However, this place is a disaster: the room we were given was the one someone else had moved out of and it wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was loose and we couldn’t use the toilet peacefully; the floor smelled like urine. The air‑conditioner was dirty and made us sneeze a lot. My daughter kept falling on the floor—there’s plenty more to say!
