The room and location were nice. However, the hotel system was terrible; we booked online but they couldn’t find my reservation on arrival, and it took hours just to check in. It was really bad.

We received a free upgrade and the customer service was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing else to complain about.
