How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The reception was friendly, the place practical, clean, organized, and the food was good. The minibar items were charged separately, and it would help to offer at least some water for free. Also, the TV had no open‑channel options.

Excellent breakfast, and the proximity to the airport is perfect.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness were good, but the breakfast could have offered more options.

The location was fine, but the air‑conditioning never worked; I asked the reception three times on different shifts about error E3, yet nothing was done, showing indifference and disrespect. I paid for it and didn’t get it, feeling cheated and disappointed.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant, however, fell short.
