The hallway was very loud, no hot water on two out of three days, the décor felt soulless, there was no room service for three days, and there were hardly any lounge chairs by the pool.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The pool was also very clean and the view from the hotel was very nice. The location is centrally situated, with many dining options nearby. Additionally, there is a small supermarket downstairs at the hotel where you can easily get groceries and food. The restaurant downstairs is also highly recommended, especially if you enjoy sushi. The location, hygiene, and facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely a recommendation! Sometimes you had to wait a long time for the elevator.

“We left with great memories and will be back in the near future.”

The location was centrally located with great convenience. Checking in and out was easy and the staff answered any questions. The room had a great view of a few major local top attractions. There were many local food options within walking distance. Great service from staff (Ruban, Eric, Fatihah & Lyna). Keep it up! Nothing to complain about this time. I regretted not staying longer and was sad to leave.

“Great view & awesome room”

The view of the city and mountain was great. The layout of the room was excellent for having separate sleeping and TV areas. The location was close to plenty of cafes, shops & markets.

“Best birthday present ever: in its worst…”

Actually and after considering about it: absolutely NOTHING. Very narrow carpark, 4 small elevators for the full building, waiting time is so long and so annoying, As these elevators are always crowded: they are slow, stuffy and they stink human sweat, Swimming pool on the 36th floor is a fish tank, over crowded where people swim with their civil clothes and even spit in the water, when you mentioned to them how dirty and unhealthy, they simply ignored you, A real wet market including the screamings. Floor corridor where was our unit has several stains which had not cleaned just in front of our unit door: how charming Cc Balcony in the unit is so small, narrow that you cannot put even a chair to enjoy it, it’s so cramped and in addition the AC units are blowing directly on you when on this balcony, Weak water pressure especially at the kitchen sink, Ridiculous small mini size fridge, Dirty windows, Noisy AC when in operations, Complicated, useless hot and cold water dispenser which doesn’t even provide any cold/cool water, Absolutely no small local touch or local art anywhere: come on it’s Penang which is famous or want to be for it no? Residents seem unhappy, upset as it is crowded and filled by and from attention seekers people and attitude troubles makers, As it was for my birthday celebration after such appealing, so disappointing few hours we decided simply to check-out
