The location was great, the staff were welcoming, the food was fantastic, and the room was lovely—plus the L’Occotaine toiletries were a pleasant surprise. The only downside is the lack of parking.

The hotel was excellent, made even better by the kind, understanding staff who always wanted to help and make guests feel like VIPs; I’ll return in the future. They also hosted lovely live music evenings on weekends, and Ben and his team deserve praise.

The room was super clean and the AC was a lifesaver after a night without cooling in a previous hotel and a 4‑hour, scorching train ride. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and I’ll stay here again anytime.
