Oriental Rivoli Hotel & Spa

The service was flawless, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and caring. Food and drinks were varied and for every taste. The pools were always clean. For me and my husband, it was one of the best vacations we’ve had!!! Sun, crystal‑clear sea and total relaxation. The only downside is that there isn’t a private beach; they’re partnered with another resort’s beach, so you have to cross the street to get there. The roads are wide and perfectly maintained, but the drivers here are like maniacs!!!

Everything impressed us: the rooms were clean and comfortable, the meals were excellent, and the staff’s service was outstanding. We’ll definitely stay here again. I would suggest adding more fruit options to the breakfasts, and one of the pool cascades wasn’t working.

The food was fine, the cleanliness acceptable, the location decent, and the services overall satisfactory. The reception staff were somewhat unresponsive, sometimes even failing to greet guests.

I stayed in a spacious room with a large terrace and enjoyed the nice pools; nearby were shops, a McDonald’s, and a spa. We were supposed to check out late, but no free room was available, so they let us wait for our flight in the evening at no extra cost, with access to the pools and the restaurant. The bathroom wasn’t clean—there was hair in the shower—and the bar had no staff present, although the bar itself existed. The food was bland.
