The staff were totally unfriendly, and the hotel itself was dirty.

There was nothing positive to mention; the reservation I made for two beds turned into a single‑bed room after they “fixed” my booking. I arrived to find my reservation missing, was left waiting, then given a manual booking that I paid for on the spot, and I’m still not sure if I was charged a no‑show fee because the system didn’t have my reservation even though I’d guaranteed it with my credit card.
It was super close to the train, so I didn’t have to worry about hailing an Uber or anything, and everyone was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Chicago.
I liked how the hotel sat right across the street from the entrance to the red line, which made traveling a breeze.
