“A waste of time and money”

The location was fine if you needed to be in the town center, but the room shown on the website wasn’t what we got, the staff were sleeping at reception, the window latches were broken and not replaced, the bedding was grey instead of white so we slept on a blanket from our luggage, the plug sockets were hanging off the wall, there were almost no toiletries, and a dead cockroach was found on the stairs the next morning (though it had disappeared by the time we returned from a walk or breakfast).

I could only stay for one night at most, and while the hotel had some positives, the room and towels weren't very clean, there was no elevator, and the area around the hotel looked like a dump.

“Truffa”

There was nothing good about the stay because we arrived with a reservation and the rooms weren't there; everything was a problem.

“It was below average especially with this price and it was very hard for me to cancel my booking”

The location was on Beach Road in Hulumale, but the front of the hotel had an overflowing public bin with litter everywhere; the receptionist and hotel boy were cooperative, but the manager wasn’t. The steps in the stairs were so small I couldn't even put my foot straight, the room was extremely small compared to the pictures, the window glass was dirty (I understand the salt buildup near the beach), and the claimed beach view was obstructed by that. The bathroom was small with a very small shower area and only one old liquid soap as an amenity.
