I booked a room for my mom, stepdad, and brother. Then I got a message saying my mom would get a separate female room, and stepdad and brother a male room – that wasn’t in the listing. They added 180 BRL extra for the individual room, and my mom paid because they said they wouldn’t refund the 315 BRL already paid. The place was dirty, no toilet paper, the reception staff knew nothing, and there was trash at the back window. Frustrating, not recommend.

We were welcomed nicely, even though the room was still occupied when we arrived – we could drop our bags and shower. The spot is perfect, everything close, the bakery downstairs is great. The shared bathroom and common area were cleaned daily, quiet and calm. I’ll definitely come back. Leaving was a bit of a laugh, though.

No towels, rooms smelled like mold, no proper ventilation, beds were terrible. Just awful.

The cleaning was good, staff were kind. But some guests made rude, indirect comments that were annoying.
