“Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt”
The location was excellent—just a 2‑minute drive from Alcudia’s old town and about 5 minutes from the beach. The garden and pool were beautifully designed. Before arrival I had several questions, and the replies were always super fast, which I appreciated. The size of the finca was more than enough for three couples. On the downside, the towels were spotted and had holes in some places, and the bed linen wasn’t the cleanest. In our room (bottom right) the mattresses were sagging and you could feel each spring; the air conditioner was also extremely loud. The tablecloth on the terrace table needed to be replaced urgently.

The location, facilities, outdoor area, and garden were all great. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the house is beautiful. The kitchen was excellently equipped. Check‑in and check‑out were self‑service, but the instructions were clear. The smart TV for kids was a nice touch. In the garage there was a large freezer, and outside the grill and all the barbecue gear were ready. Ants were a bit annoying; you couldn’t leave food on the table or outside because it would be full of ants, but that’s just nature, so it’s manageable 🙂 The real issue was the wasps that occupied the pool from 10:00 to 18:00. We managed to destroy one nest we found, but wasps from the surrounding area took over the water entrance. We only swam in the morning and then in the evening. It was necessary to catch dead wasps. During the day we were by the sea, so it was fine, but it did slightly ruin the holiday experience.
