How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When I arrived, no room with the name I had booked was available; I couldn’t locate anyone by that name. They shifted my booking, claimed the service was down, said they didn’t rent rooms, and refused to help. No one should book from here.

There is no such place—it's a fake hotel. Avoid booking it. They do not respond to calls. Look into these matters. I know you support such scam places on your site; please take action.
