“Would stay again if in the area”
Reception staff were really friendly and did everything they could to help; the swimming pool was clean, but the location was a bit far from anything, though it was good for the beach.

The bedding was very comfortable, the pillows were very plush, and everything was clean; the only issue was the refusal of a slightly damaged ticket when paying for lunch.

The hotel is nicely set up just across from the beach. The pool area was great and every staff member was helpful, especially the manager who let us check out a little later. The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy. If you’re heading to Otres Beach, this is a solid option. The breakfast selection was a bit narrow.

The proximity to the beach, the ability to order food outside normal meal times, and the smiles of the reception staff were positives, while the rooms were a bit outdated (floor, baseboards) and the distance from the city center was a drawback.
The reception was friendly and the staff were kind. Even though it was Khmer New Year and the place was crowded, we received a lot of attention. The continental breakfast buffet lacked variety, but that might have been due to the holiday.
