The spot is in a prime location with full facilities and the beach is just a 2‑minute walk; the food stalls and souvenir shops are also nearby. The only downside was the many monkeys and the bistro still blasting music at 2 am, but that was a minor annoyance.

The blankets smelled nice and there were enough pillows. However, the curtain rod was old, the toilet door couldn’t be locked, and the air‑conditioner downstairs didn’t work properly.

The place is within walking distance of the beach, which is great for kids, and the weather was pleasant in the mornings and afternoons. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had four beds for a family, with functional items for family use and a restaurant very close by. The only issues were that the actual house had no sign for Kimi Guesthouse, the bottom‑room AC was broken, there was a water leak in the front toilet, the clothes rack fell apart, and there were many ants if food was left outside.

I stayed less than 40 minutes in the house and it was simply awful. The toilet was also a shower; you could take a seated shower on the toilet, but you can’t be tall. The kitchen, at least, looked like a filthy, horrible mess, the AC only worked half‑the time or not at all on the lower floor, there were pests on the floor, and I booked a hotel right next door. Avoid it; it shouldn’t even be on booking. I sent messages to booking and the owner, but they didn’t reply, obviously. The house barely holds together. Never again.
