The place is very close to the ruins of Coba and can be reached on foot. The room and bathroom were hyper clean and very quiet, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel was a bit hidden behind a bar of the restaurant, making it hard to find.

It’s close to the ruins and clean. The staff behind the restaurant are very friendly, and the room is big enough. The building feels outdated but still clean. There was no hotel staff present, so it seemed that way, while the people at the little shop/restaurant were friendly but didn’t understand English.

I'd like to extend a special thank you to Modesto for his warm welcome and the staff's availability. The hotel is situated about 700 meters from the Coba site, and our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the premises was also a highlight. However, we did experience a bit of a wait during check-in.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the hot water, which was not available during our visit.

Our room was cozy and spotlessly clean, which was a great start to our stay. However, we did experience some noise in the evenings due to customers in the restaurant.
