Almost everything was great, except that I was unlucky and the hot water in my room didn't work during my one‑night stay, so I had to use another room’s bathroom facilities.

The hotel and its services are excellent, especially given its remote location; the restaurant was very good and the staff very helpful. It sits nicely between the two most important sites in the city, but there were a few too many power cuts each day, though they were brief. It’s not a hotel I would definitely choose again.

The restaurant manager, Harendra, was exceptionally helpful and professional, along with Satish, Pankaj, and Ramkewal, and we had a wonderful experience overall at The Imperial Kushinagar; the attentive service and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and many thanks to the entire team for their excellent hospitality!
