“Ottimo soggiorno”

I was thrilled with the spot—just a stone's throw from the RER C stop. The room was spotless and had every comfort, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it.

The bedding was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed and pillow were comfortable. Paris is a beautiful city, but people can be unapproachable. The taxi service is the best, everyone was very kind, and you can get a good price for a taxi. Public transport is also well organized and affordable, but it takes at least one or two days to learn how to travel in the direction you want. The organization at the concert in Plenitude Arena was perfect, a large crowd, and there were no crowds at the entrance or exit. Food at restaurants can be found for everyone’s taste and price. Museum and attraction entry fees are relatively affordable for an average wallet. The windows in the room were dirty. There was no wardrobe to store clothes. A two‑person room without a wardrobe is unacceptable. The man at reception was very unpleasant, he didn’t want to give a second face towel because only one towel is provided for showering per person. That disappointed me a lot. When we finally asked for towels, the next day they were immediately taken and we were left with one towel. They promised to give us new ones. When we returned from a city tour, there was still only one towel for two people. We went back to ask for towels again, got them, but only one more for showering. I was surprised how the man at reception (short, black hair) could argue with a guest. No one speaks English or only very little. A stay fee is charged even though it was marked as all inclusive on Booking. Only the blue‑haired girl was polite and the young tall gentleman. The black‑haired short man was very rude and could be described as a jerk. Regarding location, considering the price, it’s mediocre. I think the overall rating should not include location, because you know where you’re going when you book.

The hotel was well kept, but the noise at night from very loud guests made it hard to sleep.

“Be careful about refunding the deposit. I haven't received it 3 weeks after checking out.”

The refund for the deposit is so slow that I still haven’t received it three weeks after checking out. The room is so humid that it smells moldy. Everything in my luggage smelled moldy at the end of the stay. The outside yard is dirty, with spiders and bugs.

May be location. poor breakfast, room was very clumsy and smaller than we thought
