The reception and house lady were very friendly and spoke excellent German. Breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes. Nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was very kind, breakfasts were excellent, the room was well equipped, and the location is convenient for the drive to Klínovec and the spa. The shower cubicle only had a ceiling shower; we prefer handheld ones. Also, with a stronger water flow, a bit of water leaked under the door onto the bathroom floor.

New, clean furnishings, daily room cleaning, and breakfast offers everything you could want—savory, sweet, fruit, and veggies. All was fine.
