It was a good stay, we loved it, and the service from Hesham was good. We never had a bad thing from here.

Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was conveniently located close to the hotel, and if you don’t want to travel far, there’s a market, restaurants, and a pharmacy all within a 2‑minute walk or less. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! We can’t complain about anything.
The hotel is solid, and the staff are genuinely helpful. The in‑room dining menu could use more choices, and many listed items were out of stock.
