“Não recomendo”

I had a decent experience with Márcio, but the front desk was rude when I said “good morning” twice and she replied “say it.” There were ghosts in the corridors, a strong presence, and the shower ran every hour with someone supposedly taking a shower, yet no one was there. The room had an odor, and the air conditioner took a long time to cool. Still, everything was very clean and organized.

“No recomiendo”

The cleaning lady was the friendliest person at the hostel. When I arrived, I had no battery to finish the reservation, so I asked at the front desk and they told me the rate was higher than on Booking. I mentioned I’d book through the app, and at that moment they raised the price for the app. I ended up booking through the app to have a backup, but the final charge was higher than what was displayed—twice the amount in less than 10 minutes. I spoke to the owner and asked to cancel, but got no response. Because my card was linked, I decided to stay anyway, even though it turned out to be one of the most expensive places I’ve paid for over a three‑month trip in Brazil. The facilities are good, but with no staff present, everything stays closed: terrace, lounge. The kitchen has only a microwave, so cooking is out of the question. Several rooms smelled like cat urine, and the beds didn’t have much space—just enough to sleep. It’s an old house, so it’s hot and there’s no hot water for a shower. There’s no staff for questions or concerns, so for the price you can find a better option. I don’t usually mention negatives, but there’s a lot to say considering the cost; it’s fine just for sleeping.

“Avaliação dentro do padrão,”

Bom dia gostei da localização, pra o que eu tava presisando no momento proximo ao shopin, pois sou de tão, tão distante e precisei também ir Ali na clinica altino ventura, então foi super acesivel pra mim a pousada boa tudo certinho limpo bastante cheirosa tudo, dentro do solicitado pela reserva tudo certo graças a Deus, jesus abençoe todos mesmo de coração ♥️. Olha não e que eu não tenha gostada sabe ,porquê estava tudo dentro da reserva ne asim,então o preço também muito bom achei, até lugares mais baratos mais eu gostei da cor vermelha do prédio e também das fotos dentro tudo lindo e limpo mesmo, só precisaria ajustar ali tipo asim papel toalha ou pano de prato e também 1 fogão daqueles de resistência pra melhorar mais o negócio sabe, pronto é isso

“Uma das experiências mais fraca que tive em hosteis”

The location and the hostel’s access security were fine. The mattress had worn‑out foam and was overly soft; there was no water; the room light switch was so hard to find you’d need a treasure map; the bathroom had no toilet paper.
