While the location of this hotel was convenient and the rooms were comfortable, the front office staff left much to be desired. They seemed unprofessional and didn't provide basic amenities like towels, tea, or coffee until I had to follow up multiple times. It was frustrating to have to ask for such basic things, especially when they were listed as included in the room amenities.
