“Like sleeping in an abandoned building...but paying for it!”
The main positives were privacy and location. Check‑in was quick and straightforward, even with the language barrier. I have honestly never stayed anywhere this filthy in my entire life, and I have travelled extensively and stayed in some truly awful hostels. But the condition of this property goes beyond anything I have experienced before. The place felt like sleeping in an abandoned building — except that I actually had to pay for it. The level of dirt and neglect was simply unacceptable. The location and privacy are good, but they cannot compensate for the extremely poor condition of the property.

Staff okay, limited food okay. It bore no resemblance to the advert. Was more of a bunk house in need of extensive renovation. Once I got over the shock of what it was got by just fine. Hot water in bathroom, toilet flushed bed so so but needed deep clean and repair. Was eclectic in the extreme.
“Value for money.”
The owner was nice, but the room was basic; it worked for me, though my wife wouldn't have liked it.

It was great that the apartment had a shower and toilet. We also had bedding and towels provided, which meant a lot to us. (and air‑conditioning) I would recommend this apartment more for a short stay than for a longer holiday or vacation.
