“The hotel stay is value for money with good decor style”

Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The overall decor of the hotel is nice, and I especially enjoyed the pool. Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The mattress was really comfortable and overall cleanliness was good. I received a massage and felt the overall quality could have been much better. The therapist spent an incredibly long time on my legs after I had marked my upper back and neck as key areas on the intake form; she seemed to ignore the form entirely! I had to ask her whether she was going to move on from my legs to my actual back halfway through the massage. I've had more attentive massages elsewhere.

The 30‑minute massage felt great, the staff were friendly, the sheets were clean and the air‑conditioning worked well; however, getting that complimentary massage was hard to book, the hallway felt dated and the gym was under construction.
