“Amazing time, great hospitality and a beautiful place.”
It was our first visit to Buffalo Island Resort and from the moment we arrived the hospitality was outstanding. We had told the resort that we were celebrating a family member’s birthday and they surprised us with a lovely gesture when we entered our room. Throughout our stay the staff stayed attentive, friendly and helpful with every request, even going out of their way on a few occasions to make us comfortable. Each morning we enjoyed breakfast that offered both continental and Thai options. The room was immaculate and the amenities were top‑class, making the stay very comfortable. We would strongly recommend this resort to other families and we’d definitely return ourselves. The only issue was the outside drain for the pool’s shower, which became clogged while we were using it.
