The house is shared, but the owners are incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making guests feel at home. Other tenants are respectful and the common areas stay spotless. The spot is right in the center, and Venice is only a 10–15 minute bus ride away. I would recommend this budget option to anyone in the area. I expected less for what I paid, yet I actually received far more than anticipated. The property is clean, well‑maintained, and freshly renovated, giving me a very positive stay.

Alvi went above and beyond, greeting us upon arrival and assisting with our requests. The location is perfect for catching buses to and from Pl.de Roma Venice. The room and linens were clean, and the AC and mini‑fridge were a relief after a scorching day. A supermarket, pharmacy, and café are just metres away, and the station is only a few minutes by taxi. Younger travellers could walk to Mestre station, but the two older women we were with took a taxi and it was only a few minutes. The toilets were clean, though a stale, annoying smell lingered, and the washing machine needs a thorough cleaning.
