We had a confirmed booking, but during check-in we were treated poorly. The staff repeatedly asked for the booking number and made us wait for a long time. Although the property appeared to accept couple bookings, we were told couples were not allowed after we arrived. The whole check-in process was confusing, time-consuming, and disappointing. We booked this hotel because it was shown as couple-friendly. However, after we arrived, we were told that couples were not allowed. We had to wait for a long time because they kept delaying and repeating the same thing. This caused us a lot of inconvenience and wasted our time. It was a very disappointing experience
