“Perfect stay”
The property is beautiful, and the hot tubs and pool were great after a day of strenuous hiking; we were upgraded to a huge suite with two full beds plus a king‑size bed with an ocean view, and I loved the kitchen space for cooking—so lovely, I would definitely stay again, though there was no AC.
“Für die Leistung überteuert, keine Klima, eingeschränkte Frühstücksmöglichkeit”
The room size is okay, but for the price there is no air conditioning; we arrived late in the evening and the room felt extremely stuffy and hot—opening the windows helped only marginally with 100 % humidity in the tropical rainforest. The only breakfast option the next morning was a food truck with to‑go breakfast, which was unfortunately rained out and there were no places to sit or shelter under a roof, a semi‑optimal situation; moreover all vegetarian dishes were sold out before 9 am, and nothing justifies the price.
“A good location and the view out the front was wonderful. No internet and no aircon were an issue.”
The location was great. We picked it because we needed on extra night before going to the hotel. Luckily, the room was available at 9:30 am. Bonus!. The room was mostly clean but a few dust balls here and there. There were no extra sheets, even though we told them we were 4 single people traveling together, and one person would be sleeping on the sofa. The biggest surprise was there was not air con. The non-sympathetic front desk person said it was in the literature that this was a green hotel, but I did not equate this to no air con. But the biggest drawback was hat we could not get the internet to work at all. We asked at the front desk again and an equally unresponsive person told us to "try again later." I gave my feedback on both these points when checking out, and the again the person at the front desk did not seem very engaged. It was nice that they has a food back for food we could not take with us. I hope it actually gets to someone who can use it!
Very clean and spacious, but there was no AC, and in August the heat was miserable.
“Stupendo”
The apartment is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, a 10‑rating location, huge with everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, an enormous room with a patio overlooking the forest; there is no air conditioning but that’s fine in Kauai. Everything is wonderful. The location is inconvenient if you want to go to Waimea Canyon, but very convenient for Na Pali Coast. Overall, the resort is in the most beautiful part of the island.
