I had nothing positive to say about the experience.
The terrace dinner was fantastic, and parking was free. The room felt a bit small.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort were good, and the staff were respectful. The air‑conditioner stopped working after about 10 minutes and could not be controlled to stay on.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room space was very good, and the hotel sits close to the highway and a Carrefour. An Egyptian staff member was very respectful and extremely helpful. However, the air‑conditioning ran hot to a certain temperature and then shut off; I asked the staff repeatedly to fix it, but the problem was never resolved. The bathroom cleanliness was poor; I requested the toilet be cleaned more than once, yet it remained untidy. The corridor smelled bad, especially in the hot and humid weather. The pillows were completely uncomfortable, and the food lacked variety.
