The spot is close to tourist sites and public transport, but there's no elevator or closet, the AC wasn't very cold, the couch was broken, and the area feels unsafe.

The apartments were excellent, the location was superb, and all transport was within walking distance—highly recommended. The only downside was a bit of insufficient lighting in the unit.

We hit a small snag with our room, yet the staff quickly found a solution and let us spend our first night in their penthouse with a bathtub and view of Karakoi. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The location is great—don’t be fooled by the shabby street, it’s actually right in front of Karakoi’s pier. Great value for the price.
