How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is excellent, as is the room—spacious and comfortable, with a large bed—and the pre‑check‑in service and hotel staff were efficient and attentive, but the pillows could be a bit better to improve the experience.

The place had a great location and comfort, but the blinds were non‑functional and there was no breakfast.

The room was excellent and well maintained, and the host was attentive and ready to meet any need.

The room was top‑notch, complete with a coffee maker. Check‑in and check‑out were quick, and everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping and the driver were super attentive, especially the host Matheus. The place is just a few steps from Shopping Ibirapuera, so it’s a solid pick if you’re heading to the São Paulo Expo.
