“WORST HOTEL!!!!”

I arrived at the hotel around 5 am after a long journey, only to find my room filthy—especially the bed. I asked for a room change, but when I went to breakfast the utensils were also dirty. I decided to leave because of these mistakes and was charged about 4000 rupees for the inconvenience. This place is the worst; never book it if you want a satisfying vacation. It’s not suitable for tourists—just for rats. The manager was extremely rude, which is unacceptable for someone in that position.

The price‑to‑quality ratio and central location were good, though the walk to the hotel was somewhat annoying. The restaurant staff were very poor: before breakfast, the fruit was already stale and had been sliced an hour earlier onto a plate. When I asked for a vegetarian breakfast we were given hot dogs; after pointing out that this wasn’t vegetarian, the waitress brought us bread with barely enough butter and jam for one slice and asked what the problem was. They made instant coffee by pouring boiling water from the espresso machine, which felt absurd. We ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel. The place was constantly noisy, and it seemed families with children lived there permanently, disregarding other guests.

“Not a good experience”

The front desk staff were very rude and impolite. The bedsheets were unclean, so we had to change rooms. The bathroom had hot water, but the pressure was insufficient for a proper shower.
